▼ Features Of Equitment
1. Adopt the hyperbolic arm to lock the mold, which has strong clamping force and flexible action.
2. The controller adopts PLC control (optional time relay control), convenient maintenance, low cost, time control can be accurate to 0.01 seconds.
3. Air path design divides action and blowing into two parts, in order to meet the needs of different pressure of blowing bottle and action.
4. The far infrared heater adopts frequency conversion rotation heating, and the orbit revolution makes the heating uniform, fast and reliable.
5. Different sections of heating lamp are equipped with independent temperature control device to ensure the ideal heating effect of bottle embryo.
6. The direction of the heating tube can be adjusted according to different bottle embryos.
7. Operation only needs one person, no special training is required, installation and start is simple.
