▼ Principle Of Labeling
When a bottle enters the rotating star wheel, the controller analyzes the position of the bottle. At a reasonable position, the servo motor on the label station starts to pull the label accurately, and the tension arm tights the label. The label plate starts to automatically release the label according to the signal analysis. Using vacuum adsorption, the cutter roller cuts the label according to the standard length, and transfers the label to the vacuum drum. Glue is applied to the front edge of the label paper and the tail edge of the label paper through the stainless steel rubber roller. The bottle wraps the label around the body of the bottle, rubbing the label cloth so that the end of the label and the head of the label overlap. At this point, the labeling process is completed.
